STANDARD CHARTERED

Know More started the change management initiative by mapping sessions with heads of departments. We worked with the regional design team to finalise the headcounts so the design could be signed off, while also taking the heads of each department through the layouts.

By consolidating the three current real estate holdings into one building, Standard Chartered aligned with the global office standards, working practices and staff management guidelines. This move helped teams reconnect, effectively communicate and boost capacity to innovate.

The change management supported the implementation of the following changes:
• Change in accommodation and ways of working
• Open plan office space with no offices
• New storage away from desk
• New document management programs
• Accommodation for different types of work

Know More started the change champion workshops after the stakeholder mapping workshops had been completed.
