Concentrix Apartments
We designed the Concentrix apartments — Indwe, Indlovu, Ingonyama, Ubhejane and Ingwe — with each apartment inspired by the character, textures and colour palette associated with its animal theme.
The design approach combines warmth, understated luxury and a strong sense of home, creating interiors that feel sophisticated while remaining comfortable and inviting. Each apartment has its own distinctive identity, with carefully selected colours, materials, textures and furnishings bringing the individual themes to life in a subtle and contemporary way.
Functionality was an important part of the design, with each unit thoughtfully planned to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully functional kitchen, well-appointed bathroom and considered living and sleeping spaces.
The experience extends outdoors, with each apartment leading onto a beautiful balcony overlooking the Cape Town landscape. These outdoor spaces provide a natural extension of the interiors and a place to relax, take in the views and connect with the surroundings.
