We enjoyed creating an entirely agile working environment for this global pharmaceutical company.
The workspace comprises a clever combination of unassigned workstations, team spaces, focus spaces, huddle rooms, and more traditional meeting rooms that are flexible and can be arranged in different configurations. We worked very closely with their workplace design guidelines and their design team based in the UK.
We created an ‘activity based workplace’ to integrate space, people, culture and technology creating great places that people want to come to. We transformed the traditional office experience to one that is open, flexible and collaborative, with a choice of spaces to work in, enabling agility, while making it easy for colleagues to do their best work.
